Removing equipment of Alumina , Silica contained in the Heavy Fuel Oil.
A lot of Sludge are grown on the surface of the Alumina , Silica in the oil.
If this oil is treated by OMEGA FIRE, only bared Alumina, Silica are to be discharged, then go through the NAG Filter where bared ones are clearly removed ,resulting the Element Life to extend.
Placing before Purifier
The Soft Sludge cored with AL, Silica grown before Purifier are pulverized and melting, give less maintenance cost from less Waste Oil.
Use as pre-treatment device before Rotary-Kiln, Incinerator.
Even use Recycled Oil, maintenance of Strainer is extremely few and bring effective less maintenance Pump, Flow Meter. Furthermore, makes less waste oil, and makes improving oil combustion.

OMEGA Fire Function
By means of using combined with High-Turbulence type Impeller and D.S. Impeller, to shearing and pulverizing the sludge so as to be its surface tension decreasing and melting it by force turbulence flow. And further, to generate a partly vacuum zone in the shell and to make pulverize it in micro by Cavitation energy.
Application of Omega Fire
Keep in good condition those Filter, Pump and Flow-Meter used in Combustion of Inferior Heavy Fuel Oil for Rotary-Kiln, incinerator and Boiler, and making their good combustion performance. Such as Anti-Sludge policy for the poor Heavy Fuel, keeping Engine maintenance and saving its Fuel Oil. With using together of NAG Filter in line, solid substance (Catalyst for Alumina, Silica etc..) can be eliminated.
